Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing inquiries with a smile.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is an advantage.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
