Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Contribute creative ideas and feedback during seasonal menu development.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to exact company standards for presentation and taste.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across the kitchen area.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with the ordering of fresh ingredients.
  • Supervise kitchen equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
  • Support the team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef, Commis Chef, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team.
  • Possession of relevant Food & Beverage safety certifications (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Course).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
