As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, directly contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
In this role, you will perform thorough daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces, cooking equipment, utensils, floors, and storage areas. You will follow established health and safety protocols, dispose of waste properly, and maintain dishwashing stations. Your diligence helps prevent cross-contamination and supports our culinary team in serving quality food. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a warm environment. Uniform requirements include black long pants and black safety shoes. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, countertops, and workstations
- Sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a spotless environment
- Wash and disinfect cooking utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health regulations
- Clean and maintain dishwashing areas and ensure proper equipment functionality
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of any shortages
- Assist with scheduled deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in kitchen cleaning, janitorial work, or a related role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a food service environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene levels
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
