Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Follow food safety protocols and HACCP procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure efficient operations
- Learn and master various cooking techniques and baking processes
- Contribute to menu development through creative input and experimentation
- Train junior staff on kitchen procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
- Culinary diploma or certificate from a recognized institution preferred
