Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs
- Adhere to safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing as needed
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education from SMK (Culinary School) or equivalent
- Maximum age of 25 years
- Previous experience as cook, waiter, or cashier in a restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
