Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens and slicers, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of other food items to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management when required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
