Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, checking stock levels, and reporting shortages.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations after each use.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and recipes.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
