Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble food items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and display of ready-to-eat meals for the supermarket section.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and storage.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations during all operations.
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
