Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion food ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Assist in the cooking and assembly of menu items with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation throughout the shift.
- Monitor food stock levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the kitchen team in closing duties and equipment sanitization.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, café, or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good teamwork skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.
