Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies consistently
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and maintaining organized workstations
- Support special event preparations and menu implementations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
