Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including food prep and plating.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food safety compliance.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
- Strong work ethic and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
