Astro Indonesia is actively seeking a dedicated Kitchen Crew to support our operations in the HUB area covering Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi.
As a vital member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating during service hours.
- Manage food inventory and perform stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the culinary team and management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary qualification.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
