Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Astro’s standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks to ensure zero outages.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and packed according to delivery guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the delivery and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the hub manager immediately.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to maintain quality consistency across all hubs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Proactive team player with effective communication skills.
