Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare high-quality ingredients and assist in the cooking process according to standard recipes.

  • Assist the Head Chef in maintaining inventory levels and monitoring stock freshness.
  • Perform daily kitchen duties including chopping, food portioning, and equipment sanitization.
  • Ensure efficient communication with the front-of-house staff to expedite order delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in food quality.
  • Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Kualifikasi

  • No prior experience required; willing to learn and passionate about the culinary industry.
  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Course Certificate (preferred, but training can be provided).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
