Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and strict quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and final presentation of dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the head chef and kitchen team in daily operations.
- Adhere to opening and closing kitchen procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand and work for long periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn new techniques.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
