Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for signature D'Laksa dishes according to standard recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow to manage peak hours and maintain fast service times.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management and replenishment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning of workstations and appliances.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure order accuracy and prompt delivery to customers.
- Follow all company policies regarding workplace safety and food handling regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or F&B environment is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to undergo training.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and follow standardized recipes.
- Ability to maintain energy and composure during busy service hours.
