Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of noodles and dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times to comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food prep, plating, and service support.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Follow strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Kualifikasi
- No prior professional experience is required; we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and follow instructions precisely.
