Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established Hukad recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and portioning.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
- Manage inventory and report low stock levels to the kitchen supervisor.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure fast and efficient food delivery.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and safety procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (Vocational course in Culinary Arts is a plus).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to food safety and personal hygiene.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
