Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Present finished dishes attractively and ensure consistent plating standards
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health code requirements
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
