Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift to ensure food safety compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and pre-portioning of ingredients for daily service.
- Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per local standards.
