- Assist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stored, and labelled according to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
- Contribute to menu development and experiment with modern food presentation techniques.
