Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients
- Follow food safety protocols and HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste
- Assist in menu development and implementation of new dishes when required
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and requests promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
