Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Support inventory management including stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation during peak hours
- Follow safety protocols for handling kitchen equipment and food products
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and freshness
- Contribute to menu testing and new dish implementation as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
