Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in all kitchen areas
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service coordination
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
- Support multiple kitchen stations as needed during peak hours
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in professional kitchen or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
