Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of food ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Cook and prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or food quality issues to the Head Chef or Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
