Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate plant-based menu items according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Ensure kitchen workstations are kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Execute proper food storage, labeling, and inventory rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily meal preparation, ingredient prep, and supply management.
- Maintain strict adherence to local food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to customers.
- Participate in periodic menu development and feedback sessions for new dishes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment (plant-based experience is a strong plus).
- Strong passion for healthy, plant-based food and a desire to learn about sustainable cooking.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food handling standards.
