Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and plate plant-based menu items according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
  • Ensure kitchen workstations are kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
  • Execute proper food storage, labeling, and inventory rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily meal preparation, ingredient prep, and supply management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to local food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the serving team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to customers.
  • Participate in periodic menu development and feedback sessions for new dishes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment (plant-based experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong passion for healthy, plant-based food and a desire to learn about sustainable cooking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food handling standards.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
