- Prepare all menu items according to standard recipes and strict portion controls.
- Ensure food quality consistency regarding taste, presentation, and temperature.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to kitchen safety and hygiene SOPs during food preparation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service times.
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cooking or kitchen support role is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
