Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Ensure all food products are stored correctly and used before expiration.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Monitor and control food costs by minimizing waste and over-portioning.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by the company and local authorities.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or Secondary School education is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g., HACCP) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is not strictly required but will be an added advantage.
