Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, gas, and mechanical faults to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent on-site customer service to hotel and restaurant clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Order and manage spare parts and inventory to ensure timely repairs.
- Document all service calls, repairs made, and maintenance schedules in the company database.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in repairing commercial kitchen equipment or heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, gas fitting, and refrigeration systems.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service requests.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred for client communication.
