Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigerators, and cooking systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with precision
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of replacement parts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment needs and operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during all service activities
- Stay updated on industry advancements through continuous training
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to read technical schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic English proficiency for technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
