Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques, safety protocols, and performance standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams for seamless service execution
- Implement quality control measures for consistency across all dishes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen management experience
- Proven track record in high-volume restaurant/hotel operations
- Culinary degree or certification from accredited institution
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and sanitation standards
- Advanced proficiency in menu engineering and cost control
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
