Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs in food preparation including chopping, slicing, and ingredient assembly
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards following HACCP protocols
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain organized storage areas
- Support inventory management by receiving and properly storing supplies
- Adhere to food safety regulations and allergen handling procedures
- Collaborate with service staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to waste reduction and sustainability initiatives in the kitchen
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
