Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and proteins.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage rooms.
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure all plates, utensils, and cookware are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring that essential ingredients are always available for the culinary team.
  • Follow strict food hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed daily.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and checking the quality of fresh produce.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Possession of a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is highly advantageous.
