Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen staff in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, pans, and food preparation areas throughout the shift.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies and alerting the kitchen manager to low stock levels.
- Assist in the plating of dishes according to restaurant presentation standards.
- Support kitchen operations by performing dishwashing duties and ensuring kitchen waste is disposed of correctly.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen sanitation procedures.
