Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks including chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Help with receiving and storing inventory, checking for quality and freshness of ingredients
- Support in plating dishes and ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain hygiene standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
- Learn and follow recipes and cooking instructions provided by senior kitchen staff
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
