Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, workstations, and dining areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in stock rotation.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Support the culinary team during peak service hours.
- Perform dishwashing and sanitation duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- No formal culinary qualification is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must possess physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
