We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic culinary team in Kota Kinabalu. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the head chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and food storage zones at all times.
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment according to safety regulations.
- Receive food deliveries and perform basic inventory checks to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and work surfaces are sanitized before and after use.
- Support the team in plating dishes and setting up food stations for service.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines while working.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
