Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meat.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness by ensuring all work surfaces, tools, and equipment are sanitized.
- Assist in organizing and stocking the kitchen pantry and storage areas efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Properly dispose of waste and maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with basic inventory tracking to avoid shortages.
- Follow all food handling guidelines and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards is preferred.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or kitchen setting is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as standing for long hours.
- Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
- Responsible, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills in Malay or English.
