Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen staff in food preparation, chopping, and cooking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and fruits for service.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure timely food delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
