Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating tasks.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment at all times to meet health standards.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking and serving.
- Store food items properly in designated areas to ensure freshness and safety compliance.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Support the service team by ensuring station readiness and promptly clearing dirty items.
- Adhere to all kitchen safety protocols and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience is required; full training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods in a kitchen setting.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment under pressure.
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions carefully from the culinary team.
- Must be available for full-time work.
- Good communication skills in English (Malay is preferred).
