Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation including chopping, slicing, and ingredient assembly
- Maintain kitchen hygiene through regular cleaning and sanitization of surfaces/equipment
- Support chefs by retrieving ingredients and ensuring proper workstation organization
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report stock levels to supervisors
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following standard procedures
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations
