Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly.
- Support chefs by organizing workstations and ensuring all necessary ingredients are readily available.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the receiving and storage of fresh produce and dry goods.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and floor areas before, during, and after shifts.
- Support the kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and food safety standards.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks effectively.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is an advantage, but not essential.
