Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the culinary team with the preparation of ingredients and cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, food storage areas, and dining zones at all times.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for cooking.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and serving ware are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Receive and check deliveries of food supplies to ensure quality and correct quantities.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Help in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen and dining service areas.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
