Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under chef supervision
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Operate dishwashing systems and ensure proper sanitation of all kitchenware
- Manage cafeteria service during meal periods including food distribution and customer interaction
- Monitor and replenish food supplies, ingredients, and operational materials
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols and food handling regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to optimize workflow during peak service hours
- Support waste management and recycling procedures in accordance with hospital policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational training
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP preferred)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Strong teamwork skills with ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and patients
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Clean health certificate and willingness to undergo medical screening
