In this full-time role, you will work closely with our experienced chefs, learning the ropes of a professional kitchen. Your responsibilities will include washing and cutting ingredients, organizing storage areas, cleaning utensils and equipment, and supporting the team during busy service periods. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Support chefs during cooking and assembly of dishes
- Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned to ensure efficient operations
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
