Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation and ensure kitchen hygiene standards are met.
- Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the kitchen and dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a cafe or F&B environment.
- Minimum educational background: SMA/SMK (College students are encouraged to apply).
- Proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented.
- Great at handling multi-tasking and pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Able to commit to full-time working hours.
- Strong integrity and reliability in managing cash transactions.
