Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Team player with good communication skills
- Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required
