Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of kueh ingredients including batter mixing, filling preparation, and topping assembly
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following hygiene protocols
- Support cooking team by measuring, weighing, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Package finished products according to quality standards and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation for raw materials
- Adhere strictly to traditional recipes and production methods
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly
