Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the head chef and sous chefs in daily food preparation and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and work areas.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and correctly.
- Prepare ingredients, wash vegetables, and chop food as directed.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Store food items properly to maintain freshness and quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/MA).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork and a positive attitude towards colleagues.
