Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP).
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain consistent preparation methods for all menu items, focusing on Japanese culinary techniques.
- Monitor food costs and kitchen labor hours to ensure alignment with outlet budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in Japanese cuisine.
- Deep understanding of Japanese Basic Cooking techniques and ingredient preparation.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a small-to-medium team.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene regulations.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Relevant certification in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage management is a plus.
